My order arrived in 9 days. For 180$ I expected much better watch. I won’t send it back because it doesn’t worse the hassle of shipping the order all the way back to China.

Some of them were good, others not that good and others not good at all.

Their customer support called and explained the shipping procedures and confirmed my order.

You have to be careful dealing with the guys. One out of two replicas they send me were defective (like, it doesn’t measure time). So I had so send back the watch that I paid $128 for. The postage set me back $80. They generously refunded me $80.24.
Therefore, net I am down $128 and I dont even have a faulty watch to show for it.
Also, they generously offered to cover 20% (!!!!) of the cost of repair of the watch that was dead on arrival.
Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from these scam artists again

I wired the funds in US$ and now they’re saying it was short $20 and that my bank fees would be the reason. I have tried to explain numerous times and provided proof that I in fact paid bank charges over and above that and paid in the proper currency. Calls to the customer service have got me no where…they say no supervisor is there.

Ordered one Breitling from them in august 2011. The watch arrived to Portugal about 3 weeks after the payment (via credit card). No problems with customs. The watch is simply amazing. It had a minor defect… glass wasn’t seating properly but for 2 euros local watchmen corrected this problem. Otherwise until now it lost about 1.5 minutes tops! (in 8 month!!!). Simply amazing.
I’ve ordered two more now.. will leave feedback in about 2 weeks (two cartier watches)
