Haswatches in an online store that sells replica watches at affordable prices. The site offers a long list of brand names but some of them do not have only have one model or not at all so as far as diversity goes, it is just there to impress visitors. The most famous brands are of course at the top to not make costumers scroll down and see that there are empty listings.
Another problem is that there is no way to contact them. The Contact Us tab seems like it has been copied from another online store and although they say that they have free online costumer support in this section, there is no sign of it on the site. There is no phone number and no address and most people will think twice before giving away their money; or at least they should.
In the FAQ section, they mention that their prices are higher than other sites because it is a sign of high quality and that their replicas will last years even if you wear them every day. It all sounds pretty good when you see it online but there is nothing to support these claims. Actually the whole FAQ list seems to be copied from some other site and just place here without any kind of resemblance. There is no guarantee section on the site or anything that may resemble a warranty or money back policy; there is nothing saying that costumers can return the product if they aren’t satisfied with it. This is quite the big minus for the store because most sites take costumer care very serious.
All in all, there is nothing that inspires trust and security about this site, rather the opposite. The look of the replicas isn’t all that great but it can be hard to tell from a couple of pictures. The real problem appears when the package is delivered and the quality is nowhere near what you expected; here is when good costumer service and a money back option can really be useful.
And another thing which is a bit disturbing, even the description on the main page is incorrect, grammatically speaking. Is it so hard to get someone proofread it before starting an online store? It’s true that most costumers don’t bother to read it but it is better to not have anything rather than have some short text which doesn’t make any sense.
I definitely don’t recommend this site. If you are familiar with replicas, you would know not to trust this kind of sites but if you are relatively new, you will thank me for this warning. Such sites appear over night and they just offer bad services and even worse products. I made the mistake of ordering a replica from them and I got a very bad imitation. I honestly think I could have done a better job with a pile of molding clay and I have no training in the field. The site is missing links and it looks very cheap and I don’t really know why I even purchased anything from here. Now I know what to avoid and that doing a bit more research will be worth it when I find something acceptable.
Even their description on the main page is incorrect, just to make an idea about what to expect from them. Sorry about this negative review and although I don’t usually do this, I felt that this experience should be shared with other potential clients of yours so that they know what to expect and most important, what to stay away from.
